From Boston to Florida

If you know me, you know I have strong opinions about dining at airports. The rules are simple: time and money aren’t real, and you'd better find yourself a comfortable barstool you can linger on.

I travel frequently, which means I’ve spent—and still spend—a lot of time at Boston Logan International Airport. I’m also notorious for hating the dining options in Terminal A specifically. Now, don’t get me wrong: as far as airports go, BOS has a lot of options. I could easily spend the day in Terminal C and wouldn’t even complain that hard.

The ABC’s of ADC (Alexis Dredden Consulting)

You might be wondering how we got here.
How does a girl who started as a measly AE at an influencer marketing agency wind up a tech-savvy social media aficionado... and somehow, the go-to person for restaurant recommendations? Great question.

I’ve always loved food. Some of my earliest and fondest memories revolve around it — usually around a dinner table, though the occasional breakfast round of Catan definitely made the cut.

In my family, meals were sacred.
Every night, like clockwork, one of my parents would turn off the TV before dinner. The only exceptions? The weekend, a national crisis… or a really important episode of Star Trek.

Meal time, especially dinner, wasn’t just about eating. It was about being together.

And here’s the thing: no matter how often (or rarely) you go out to eat, everyone has a story that begins in a restaurant.
Each of us decides what that “thing” is.

Good days, bad days. Breakups, breakthroughs. First dates, last chances.
Restaurants are where people laugh, cry, confess, reconnect, and — maybe most importantly — heal.

If you don’t believe that... I’m not really sure why you’re here. But I hope you’ll stick around anyway.

XOXO,
Lexie
